Junior Project Engineer
GUYANA
Entry-level opportunity for Guyanese nationals. The role provides training in offshore drilling riser systems, well control equipment, and engineering processes. Ideal for a motivated candidate with a technical background, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Complete training as required;
- Shadow Project Engineers, Field Service and Subsea Engineers in order to gain a fundamental understanding of the design, operation, inspection and repair of Capital Drilling Equipment;
- Work alongside the current engineering team assisting with design requests for special tooling;
- When required, provide assistance to Project & Mechanical Engineers with in-house development, including basic first principal strength calculations, 3D CAD modelling and drawing using SolidWorks, manufacturing data pack generation (incl. BOM’s, QCP’s and Works Instructions) and vendor management during fabrication stage
- Physically participate in carrying out various processes in order to gain a fundamental understanding of how these are performed.
- Manage projects from inception through to delivery, initially with assistance of management but ultimately unaided; this will include, but will not be limited to, procurement, logistics, resource planning, scheduling, reporting, inspection report reviews, data book generation and submission;
- Draft manuals and procedures as required;
- Report effectively to management and Customers.

Qualifications & Experience
- 0 -1- year, as this is a Junior Position. Vacation or experiential training relevant to the field would be advantageous.
- Industrial/Mechanical Engineering/BSc/BTech degree or similar qualification.GUYA
Storeman
GUYANA
We are seeking an experienced Storeman and will be required to maintain equipment, material, and consumables at the facility.
They will be responsible for the movement of goods inward and outward of the facility as well as the packaging required to facilitate this movement.
Responsibilities
- Inspect facility equipment.
- Conclude maintenance on equipment by completing relevant equipment work instruction reports and
hand report to Stores for record keeping. - Inspect all lifting gear prior to use. Stores control color-coding of lifting gear.
- Enforce safety protocols in workshop area.
- Forklift daily/weekly inspection completed, and report given to stores for record keeping.
- Assist in the movement of equipment and goods around the GR facility.
- Control all equipment and to be scanned “OUT’ when leaving for field projects or workshop scope, new job number to be inserted in
the correct field on AssetZure and scanned “IN” when receiving equipment back from field projects
All equipment returning from field projects must be inspected by a competent individual (workshop)
prior to be placing back into stores. - Ensure calibration certificates and certificates of conformance to the relevant items on the asset
register (AssetZure) are always in order. - Coordinate with 3rd parties for special services required, such as electrical, calibration, etc.
- Receive incoming client goods and take inventory.
- Control outgoing client goods and update inventory accordingly.
- High School Diploma will be advantageous
- Two years’ experience in inventory control, shipping and receiving, or a Storeman role
Client Site Representative

We are seeking a skilled Client Site Representative (CSR) to oversee fabrication activities at sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and schedule requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the completion of fabrication activities at company Yard
- Ensure the following structures are completed at the time of SLS/CSR mobilization:
- 6 Wet Parking Frames
- 4 Crossing Structures
- Monitor fabrication progress of ongoing structures, including:
- IPB Insulation Cover Catcher
- Coordinate closely with fabrication teams, project management, and offshore supervisors to ensure smooth handover of completed structures.
- Promote strict adherence to HSE policies, national and international fabrication standards.

Offshore Construction Manager
ANGOLA
We are seeking a highly experienced Offshore Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate all offshore construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with technical and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all offshore construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and HSE standards.
- Coordinate with fabrication yards, quay operations, and offshore teams to ensure smooth loadout, installation, and commissioning.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedules and budgets.

Offshore Piping Supervisor
ANGOLA
We are seeking an experienced Offshore Piping Supervisor to oversee and coordinate piping construction activities offshore, ensuring all works are executed safely, in compliance with project specifications, and in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all offshore piping construction activities, including fabrication, installation, hook-up, and testing.
- Ensure piping works are executed in line with approved drawings, procedures, and project specifications.
- Monitor work progress and productivity, ensuring activities are completed according to schedule.
- Enforce strict compliance with HSE policies, offshore safety procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings prior to shifts and critical activities.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure proper inspection, testing, and handover of piping systems.
- Report daily progress, issues, and corrective actions to the Offshore Construction Management team.
